In 2015, Community Health & Wellness Partners partnered with GREENCREST to strengthen its brand and expand its presence. GREENCREST took the organization through a brand discovery workshop and built messaging and a comprehensive marketing plan that would help the organization scale from two locations to a network of 10, including five health centers, five school-based clinics, and a Mobile Health Unit. With more than 150 healthcare professionals serving local residents, Community Health & Wellness Partners is now the largest primary care provider in its communities.
