The Process

The initial engagement focused on a review and audit of the firm’s marketing initiatives and website to determine what was working well and where improvements needed to be made. GREENCREST created an 18-month strategy plan and made a number of SEO suggestions and fixes to improve the firm’s online performance. Upon completion of the online SEO work, which encompassed the firm website and local listings, GREENCREST created and launched a LinkedIn advertising campaign and Google Ads campaign to drive leads and traffic to the website. To launch the firm’s public relations campaign, GREENCREST developed a firm Press Kit, distributed it to the media and provided ongoing media relations to garner story opportunities and authored articles in association and regional business journals.

The Results

Carlile Patchen & Murphy has grown steadily and has gained market recognition and generated leads resulting in a substantial return on investment for the marketing efforts under the care of GREENCREST. In the two years of our digital campaign, targeted to the firm’s Areas of Expertise pages, traffic grew from under 350 visits per quarter in 2020 to over 3,000 visits per quarter in 2023, with substantial increases in both organic and paid sessions. Additionally, Google Ads results have continually outperformed every quarter compared to the prior year, increasing from under 100 conversion actions per quarter to over 500.
